These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the StageAuto desktop application (“Software”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using StageAuto, you agree to these Terms.
StageAuto is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software according to your purchased plan, subject to these Terms.
You may use StageAuto to analyze infrastructure configuration files such as Terraform (.tf) files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze any files you provide to the Software.
StageAuto provides automated analysis and recommendations. It does not guarantee security, compliance, or cost optimization outcomes. The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageAuto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Software.
